Victor's Management Team

Alexander joined Victor in April 2019 and has been appointed as Managing Director of the company in January 2021.

Prior to this, he held various management positions at ERGO Versicherung AG for 13 years. He gained valuable experience in various areas, including as Head of Cyber Business, Head of D&O, PI and W&I Business and Head of Financial Controlling at ERGO Hellas in Athens, Greece.

At the beginning of his career, he also held finance positions at Bayer CropScience in the USA and Siemens in Munich. 

Alexander has been instrumental in setting up the entire product development and underwriting unit for Victor Germany, including the product and underwriting strategy. As Managing Director, he paved the successful way for the company with a new strategy.

He has 20 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Alexander holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in St. Augustin, Germany.
